Terms of Service
Please read our Terms of Service
The rules for using the NabtaCode learning platform: accounts, acceptable use, class recordings, payments and intellectual property. Parents or guardians accept these terms on behalf of learners under 13.
1. Who we are
This learning platform ("the Platform") is operated by NabtaCode, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16539088) ("NabtaCode", "we", "us"). NabtaCode provides blended coding and English courses for children of Arab families through this Platform and our website nabtacode.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Service. Because our courses are designed for children, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on behalf of any learner under 13 and remains responsible for the learner's use of the Platform.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal — one account per learner.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child's account activity.
- Notify us immediately at info@nabtacode.com if you suspect unauthorised use of an account.
4. Courses, fees and enrolment
- Course content, schedules and prices are communicated at enrolment (via the Platform, email or WhatsApp) and may be updated from time to time.
- Fees, where applicable, are payable as agreed at enrolment. Invoices are issued by email.
- Free trials and assessment sessions are offered at our discretion.
- If a session is cancelled by us, we will reschedule it or provide a recording and catch-up activities.
5. Class recordings
Live sessions are recorded so that learners who miss a class can catch up. Recordings are made available to enrolled learners only, for personal study. You may not download-and-share, republish or redistribute recordings or any course materials.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Platform you (and your child) agree not to:
- bully, harass or disrespect instructors or other learners;
- share another person's personal information or recordings of other children;
- upload unlawful, offensive or harmful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or interfere with its operation;
- copy, resell or commercially exploit course materials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Where reasonable, we will warn the parent/guardian first.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, worksheets and Platform content are owned by NabtaCode or its licensors and are provided for personal, non-commercial learning only. Projects created by learners belong to the learner. We may showcase learner projects for educational or promotional purposes only with parental consent.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, updates or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, NabtaCode is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by your own equipment or internet connection.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
